For the longest time I was scared of weights — I thought they’d make me look bulky or “too big.” The truth? Yes, you might look bigger… but in the best way. If you want that toned, lifted, well-shaped look, weights are the only way to get it 💪 🍑

Using 20 lb dumbbells regularly really made a difference for me.

👉Repeat this circuit 3 times → 45 sec work / 15 sec rest in between. I like to split it in half: first complete the circuit of the first 3 moves, then move on to the next 3
