Does anyone else have memories of their mom getting ready for a holiday party? I’ve mentioned before that my mom would use every opportunity as a teaching moment, but this also included times when she was getting ready. I’d sit on the counter in the bathroom with my feet in the sink as she would fix her hair. She would let me apply her blush, close the clasp on her necklace or spritz her with Estee Lauder perfume. Whenever it was time for her to leave, my mind remembers her as the most beautiful woman ever, and I still feel that way about her now. I won’t be going out to party tomorrow night, but I do plan on dressing up to meet the trick or treaters as they come to the door. What will you be dressing up as and what was your favorite candy to get? Twix still reign supreme though an Almond Joy isn’t far off. LTKHolidaySale LTKGiftGuide LTKSeasonal
