Flashback to Christmas in the late 90s. We had recently moved out of my grandparents house into a home that my mom bought on her own. I’m sure money was tight then but she knew both my brother and I really wanted bikes. When we woke up Christmas morning, she sent us outside to find two bikes ready for us. My brother’s was black and orange and mine was purple and hot pink. We spent hours that morning riding our bikes. Going up and down the street enjoying this newfound freedom. Eventually my brother would take his bike to college, and I was left to do this alone or occasionally with the neighborhood kids. One thing I remember is that having someone with you is always more fun than doing it alone. That is where tonight’s request comes into play. I am terribly behind in doing the Peloton world, but I’m here and I’d love to have you as a friend on there! I think it’d be awesome to see a familiar face or make new friends along the way through one of my favorite forms of movement!
