Things I do to look and feel my best ✨

I’ve used red light therapy for years, and having it in a mask just makes consistency easier for me. I was soo excited to finally get one!! It’s so much easier to use!! I’ve been using it for 10 minutes 5 times a week! I’m obsessed!!
