If you have been following me for any amount of time you probably know that I am a sucker for things that are well done. And that usually leads me to get into all kinds of random hobbies. One of those hobbies is coffee. Another one is ice. And as wild as that sounds (yes ice is cool... pun kind of intended) I love it. Making clear ice is an art and it has the added bonus of being 1 free, and 2 making your coffee look a million times better. So after I go through all the work to make and shape the clear ice the last thing I want to do is pour scalding hot coffee on it and watch it shatter.

My solution? Get the best cold brew I can find and fill that cup up. Usually, I would make my own but with a baby on the way and so many things going on I don't usually have a spare 12-24 hours to whip up a batch.
