I always size down in aerie 1 to XS other than their activewear- I get my true S in that. I’m wearing XS in everything here except the crossover shorts I did S, the striped waffle shirt paired with them S for extra length and S in the fleece shorts. And I did size up to a M in the long length sports bra tank!! It runs really fitted.

For sizing help: I’m 5’4, wearing XS in everything except I did an XXS in the maxi skirt and small in the purple skirt (XS wasn’t available at my store but it fits fine!
