Everything I ate yesterday at Disney to hit my macros! Yesterday’s protein total: 145g. You totally CAN hit your protein and goals while on the go, it just takes some extra time and prep! 🫶🏻💪🏻 I start my mornings with my electrolytes from @promix. Breakfast: @chickfila egg white grill and @fairlife protein shake. My Starbucks order when we got into the park: grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Lunch: I packed a tuna sandwich (loads of protein in these lil pouches!), with cucumbers to dip into my “ranch” (@fage Greek yogurt mixed with a little water and ranch seasoning). I had a Promix puff bar (like a sweet rice krispe treat!) after lunch. Afternoon snack: @barebell protein bar.
