I get asked often, so I’m re-linking! got it in this morning ☑️ I get asked often what I do for my workouts — I lift weights 4X a week right now, and incline walk (12.5 incline at 3mph for at least 30 mins) 3 days a week… and I make sure I hit 10k steps no matter what every single day I’ve been praying for everyone in the path of the hurricane this AM 🙏🏻 I’ll try keep y’all updated! Praying so hard that we don’t lose power.
