How is it already the end of April! I didn’t finish a lot of books in April. I did start and DNF a good amount. I am, however excited for a new release that I preordered coming out in May!

What did you read in the month of April?

So easy, so yummy! Everyone in my house loves it. Use any chocolate protein powder you like, I just like @just.ingredients

Recipe
Melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips, mix in 1/3 cup peanut butter and 1 cup Greek yogurt. Add in 1/3 cup almond flour and 1 scoop protein powder. Mix well and enjoy.

We love it cooled in the refrigerator. We also like adding strawberries, walnuts, or chocolate chips. Make it your own!

It’s delicious, easy to make, and versatile (see below). Would you try this?

Extra Tips:
1. I typically use real good chicken for more protein in a serving. You can use whatever you have on hand.
2. Mix it up by making it a wrap or quesadilla. Also delicious.

I was hesitant to read a Gabrielle Meyer book that wasn’t part of the Timeless Series. But this did not disappoint! It’s supposed to be a re-telling or a spin-off of My Fair Lady? Not sure. I never saw it. I just know I loved this one.

I have been wanting to try this collagen mask for a while and I finally have the chance. It’s easy to apply, dries quickly and I don’t feel it while I sleep. Plus it’s so satisfying to peel off.
