One Skillet Taco Bowls 🌿🌮
Because weeknight dinners should be easy and delicious!

👉 Cook 1 cup rice (any kind you love).
👉 In a skillet, sauté 1 diced onion in olive oil, then add 1 lb ground beef. Season with salt + pepper to taste. Splash of red pepper flakes
👉 Stir in 1 taco seasoning, then add corn + diced tomatoes. Simmer till yummy.
👉 Add rice to the skillet OR keep it separate as your base.
👉 Top with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, guac, salsa—whatever your taco heart desires 💚
