Doctors have been telling us about this for years. I don’t know why I waited so long. I have been getting the best night sleep using just a vitamin. I stopped for like a month just to test it and I went back to the waking up at 3 AM. I started taking it again and I’m knocked out all night.!

One thing for sure I’m going to miss a train 😂 but if I have on a comfortable boot, it doesn’t even matter. If you love boots but don’t like super high heels none of these were higher than 3 1/2 inches which is a perfect height.
