Berry loaf cake 🤌🏼 INGREDIENTS: Strawberries, Blueberries, unsalted butter, sugar, eggs, lemon, all purpose flour, baking powder DIRECTIONS: -preheat oven to 350°, grease loaf pan (9inx4in) -in a large mixing bowl with hand mixer or stand mixer on medium 2/3cup sugar, 3 eggs, and zest from the lemon -melt 1/2cup butter and add to same bowl along with juice from the lemon and mix -add 1.5 cups flour and 1 teaspoonbaking powder and mix - fold in a cup of strawberries (tops cut off and cut into 4s) and cup of blueberries with a spatula until mixed -pour into greased loaf pan -cook in oven for 45-50 mins/until toothpick can be inserted and come out clean -remove from oven and allow to cool for 30 mins in pan -remove from pan and cut to serve Sliced up in my fave bamboo cutting boards!
