Fall baking creates the best memories 🎃🥹 these mini pumpkin puffs were such a cute idea my teenage daughter had and we had the best time making this easy peasy recipe 🎃🍂 Happy fall yall 🍂 Mini Pumpkin Puff Bites 🎃 Pumpkin cookie cutter (linked mine) 1 puff pastry sheet 1 cup of pumpkin 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 2 tbsp heavy cream 2 tsp pumpkin spice 1 tsp vanilla Egg wash: one egg beaten w/ t tbsp water Topping: brown sugar with cinnamon Make your pumpkin filling first & cut your pumpkin shapes. On 1/2 your pumpkin cookies cut faces. Put 1-2 tsp of filling onto each cookie and top and seal. Brush egg wash & sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
