As soon as the sun ☀️ comes out I feel like my dinners get more colorful and flavorful without feeling heavy all night in the heat 🌻 This pasta dinners is one of our favorites and it requires little ingredients Whole wheat penne pasta Olive oil Fresh snacking tomatoes, highly recommend these garden fresh organic ones Feta and parm cheese (Feta block and feta crumbles and shredded parm) And fresh spinach Minced garlic (3 tsp) And seasonings like garden fresh & Italian herbs Add some bakery Italian bread for dipping if you want too or add grilled chicken for extra flavor and protein 🤍 Bake feta block in a baking dish with your tomatoes and spinach and seasonings and garlic all drizzled in olive oil at 420 for 30 mins Boil penne noodles while baking and drain and let cool with a tsp of butter to keep them nice and juicy Once baked mix baked feta and veggies and add noodles Top with noodles, feta crumbles and parm more olive oil and Italian seasonings and put back in oven on low broil to melt the cheese and give it a crispy burnt touch as desired Enjoy 🤍 LTKWatchNow LTKFamily
