Part one of decorating our 90s Nostalgic Santa Christmas tree on a budget of course! We opted for twinkling multicolored lights and believe it or now this tree has about 550 lights on it. I used two types of lights here for this twinkling magic A budget friendly hack to make your tree look fuller is by you using these picks and sliding them in between your branches and also grabbing this green tinsel and shoving it in the gaps to cover them.
