AG1 is so easy to use and it really tastes great. I love that it is a liquid because often times pills and capsules don’t get broken down by our stomach acids and we can’t actually utilize the nutrients contained inside! There are just so many reasons why we may not be getting the basic nutrients that we need. Sometimes we get busy and sometimes our food choices are limited. And sometimes life just gets lifey and it’s great to know that by taking my AG1 everyday I’m supporting my body and taking good care of me! I hope you take good care of you too!! LTKfitness
