My all time favorite hair masks!

Applying a hair mask and leaving it in your hair and then putting on a shower cap and sleeping in the mask overnight is a gem during weeks like these! The shower cap keeps the mask from getting all over your pillow, but it also helps to trap heat inside, which opens up the cuticle on your hair shaft - allowing the mask to really soak in! Rinse it out in the morning and your hair will feel amazing! I typically sleep in a hair mask at least once a month in the winter time when my hair tends to be dryer and it really helps keep it healthy.
