Comfort food at its finest 🤍🍝 This creamy Italian sausage gnocchi is rich, cozy, and SO satisfying — the kind of dinner everyone asks for seconds of. Made with hearty sausage, pillowy gnocchi, a creamy tomato base, and tons of fresh spinach… it’s going straight into our weekly rotation 🙌 I linked the kitchen tools + pantry staples I used so you can recreate this cozy bowl at home 🫶 Creamy Italian Sausage Gnocchi Ingredients: • 16 oz Italian sausage • 1 medium onion, finely chopped • 3 sticks celery, finely chopped • 2 tbsp flour • 6 cloves garlic, minced • 3 cups chicken broth • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning • 1 lb potato gnocchi • 3 cups heavy/whipping cream • 3 cups fresh baby spinach • Salt & pepper, to taste • Fresh Parmesan cheese, for topping • Garlic bread, for serving Directions: 1️⃣ Brown sausage in a large pot or deep skillet. Remove and drain. 2️⃣ In the same pan, sauté onion + celery until soft. 3️⃣ Add garlic and flour, stir for about 30 seconds. 4️⃣ Pour in chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir well. 5️⃣ Add cooked sausage back in. 6️⃣ Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. 7️⃣ Fold in spinach until wilted. 8️⃣ Add gnocchi and cook according to package directions. 9️⃣ Season with salt & pepper.
