CHAMPAGNE JELL-O SHOTS RECIPE
🍾 Combine 3 cups champagne + 1/2 cup sugar + 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
🔥 Heat on medium-low just until sugar dissolves (do NOT boil!)
🍸 Stir in 1 cup vodka + 4 packets unflavored gelatin (4 tbsp) and whisk well
🥤 Pour into condiment cups and refrigerate ~3 hours
