These might be my favorite Easter dessert I’ve made in a long time 🐣🍪 they’re playful, unexpected, and everyone does a double take when they see them! Soft baked cookies filled with creamy icing and topped with sprinkles… they’re one of those desserts everyone grabs first. I used silicone molds to get that perfect egg shape and did both sugar cookie and chocolate chip for a fun mix 🤍 If you’re making them ahead, keep them chilled until serving — the texture is SO good that way!
