I think the answer is officially YES 🤍 I tested out the Youth to the People DAILY Youthscreen Hydrating SPF 60 because I absolutely cannot handle looking chalky. As you can see, it looks a little scary when you first start rubbing it in, but literally wait five seconds... it completely melts into the skin. No white cast at all, just super hydrated, glowy skin. I promised we were going to test this together, and today is the day 💛 I had a full face of makeup on; it was late in the evening, and I wanted to see with my own eyes if this Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Vitamin C actually does what it says.
