These are small but mighty and really do work so well! I’ve got a larger size for our big living space and smaller ones in bedrooms!

Especially during the winter when we don’t open windows as often and there are so many blankets and sweaters collecting dust!

If the added fluoride has to be handled in hazmat suits, I feel like it’s a pretty good indicator that it’s not the greatest additive. (And that is just the tip of the iceberg with what can be found in most tapwater!)

But now, you don’t just have to take your tin foil hat wearing friends’ word for it! Even CNN is reporting! 😂

👉🏼Survey says— Filter your water! We should be drinking AT LEAST half our weight in ounces of CLEAN water each day (no coke, coffee, and tea don’t count!!—they DEhydrate you!)

Our old house had a full home filtration system, and it was amazing! We haven’t splurged for that again in this house, but we are definitely doing what we can to make sure we’re hydrating with clean water!

🫣FUN FACT, our county sends us regular boil advisory warnings and recently sent us a pamphlet on how they are not even sure what all is in our water! They said there was really no way of knowing what was underground, what kind of pipes the water is coming through or their condition… (most of which are all connected to MASSIVE old lead pipes that can’t be replaced under all our cities.

I mean, I love the transparency, but again just further reiterating that just because it’s coming out of the top doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s great for us to drink!

Our family has a resolution to read through the Bible together this year! I have loved The Bible Recap in the past, but it is already proving to be so much more fun having accountability with the kids!

We found the Bible recap for kids devotional, and each day. We are reading the same chapters of scripture and having a little recap!

Jaxon is loving his action Bible, he is going to be eight years old in May, and it has been awesome for him!

We got Skylar a Kindle for Christmas, and downloaded the ESV version of the Bible on that and she absolutely loves being able to pull it from her bedside and read before bed or when she wakes up in the morning! The cute covers always help!

I still love using my journal Bible that I got off of Amazon definitely a cheaper option and I love how much room there is in the margin to make notes, connections, and doodles!

If you have New Year’s resolutions to get into Scripture more, these tools would definitely help!

💧We’ve been purchasing alkaline water for a while, but living out of plastic bottled water was not our favorite solution!

We found this alkalizing water filtration system from invigorated water right on Amazon and we’re loving it!

I love that it sits right out on the counter and can soak up the sunlight, which is also great for your water if you didn’t know… 🌞 but also the glass and bamboo are just beautiful and it looks great on the counter!

✌🏼There are two types of filters you can choose from, but I am truly loving the fact that I can use our tapwater straight from the sink and turn it into super healthy, clean, drinking water with a balance pH for the whole family!

We also like to add in some molecular hydrogen and use a froth to structure the water for even more benefits! 💧

My hidden crown halo hair extension was a MUST when I lost about 2/3 of my hair a couple years back! It helped me feel normal and gave me confidence, especially when I was dressed up or on stage!

I’m so thankful to have all my hair back— so now I use this halo for special occasions and it makes SUCH a big difference!

In the aftermath of the hurricane, our family has been without power— going on 9 days! We’ve been sleeping in a pop up camper or in our living room!
