#ad episode two of my cozy winter soups that absolutely anyone can make! This creamy white chicken chili is a great weeknight dinner since it’s made in one pot. We love to substitute the sour cream and cream cheese with @chobani plain Greek yogurt for the same creamy feel without all the guilt. And it adds extra protein and probiotics 👏

CREAMY WHITE CHICKEN CHILI:
3-4 chicken breast
1 cup Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
One container chicken broth
2 Jalapeños deseeded and diced
One yellow onion diced
2 cans great northern beans drained and rinsed
1 can corn
2 cans green chiles
3 cloves minced garlic
Seasoning: 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt and pepper, 1 tsp smoked paprika

season chicken and add into pot with butter to get a crust (they won’t be fully cooked) remove and set to the side. Throw in another 2 tbsp butter and sauté the veggies until soft, add in some of seasoning mix and minced garlic and sauté another 1-2 minutes. Add in beans, corn, green chiles, the rest of seasonings, and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add back in the chicken, cover, and let cook for 15 minutes. Remove and shred chicken, and add in 1 cup of Chobani plain Greek yogurt. Stir for an additional 2-3 minutes and serve with your favorite toppings! We love avocado, Plain Greek yogurt, cilantro, jalapeños, and corn bread!

The kind of Christmas magic they’ll remember forever 🥹 here’s how I made these cute grinch cookies from a simple box cake mix!

GRINCH COOKIES:
-one box vanilla cake mix
-2 eggs
-1/3 cup avocado oil or oil of choice
-1/2 tsp baking powder

Mix everything together and use green food coloring to get the color you want. Let the dough chill in the fridge for hour (it will be very sticky if you don’t). Scoop them out and roll in powdered sugar. Top with a candy heart sprinkle and bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Super easy and my kids loved them!!

Love our family movie nights. We had candy salad, of course our grinch cookies, matching family pajamas, and a special drink made for such a fun setup for movie night. One of my favorite Christmas traditions! 🎄
