welcome to episode one of cozy winter soups that absolutely anyone can make!! Especially us busy moms!! They’re all family friendly and to make life even easier, they are all made in one pot 👏 say “cozy” if you want the details to my veggie chopper, my cookware, bowls and I’ll send everything your way!! CHEESEBURGER SOUP 3/4 carrots 3 stalks of celery 1 yellow onion Minced garlic 2 tbsp butter 1 pound ground beef 1 container chicken broth and one can cream of chicken Optional: 1 container bone broth for extra protein 3-4 russet potatoes peeled and chopped Half block of velveeta 1.5 cups of shredded sharp cheddar Seasonings: 1 tsp kinders caramelized onion burger, 1 tsp kinders the blend, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp paprika, salt and pepper to taste Optional: green onions and garlic bread for dipping Start by adding celery, carrots, onion and butter to a pot and cook down for 3-4 minutes. Add in ground beef and cook through. Add in minced garlic and half of seasoning mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in broths, chopped potatoes, and rest of seasoning and bring to a simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
