28. One of us is Lying by Karen M McManus :: 9/10⭐️ 5 students get detention, and one winds up dead. All of them are suspects with a motive. So who did it..? This book is Pretty Little Liars, meets Gossip Girl and it was so good! This has been on my TBR since I saw it on an ad on the subway years ago and I’m so glad I finally read it. The last 30% or so had me on the edge of my seat and I actually didn’t see the twist coming! Even tho high school students are the main characters, it didn’t feel young to me.
