39. Divergent by Veronica Roth :: 9.5/10⭐️ this book has been on my radar for like a decade, I’m finally getting around to reading it, and it definitely did not disappoint!! Set in future Chicago, in a dystopian world where society has been divided into five factions, each known for a different speciality and role. When Beatrice Prior turns 16, she and the other 16 year olds must take a test which determines which faction they belong to, then make a decision as to which faction they will chose. Beatrice makes her decision and must keep a very important secret, while dealing with initiation and everything they goes with that. Although this book was over 500 pages it was a quick read. I really got into this book and loved the story line!
