1. soak in warm water to soften calluses, dead skin, and cuticle
2. use a double sided foot file, starting with the coarse grit (pat feet dry first so they’re damp but not wet)
3. use the fine grit side to smooth the areas youve gone over
4. use a manual scrub the polish the top and bottom of the feet
5. do an oil bath, using your favorite oil with silicone socks to lock in moisture
