all the target pairs pair fit TTS (wearing size 6 in all besides Levi's at 140 lbs and 5'7" for reference). For the Levi's - I sized up to 29 per reading reviews that they ran small, but I did not find that to be the case and should've ordered my regular size 28. I didn't find the cinched waist to really help much in tightening them either.
