How to make Hair Glitter for any sport!! You need clear hair gel, any kind will work but I love this 4 pack! This way I could make them for the whole team! Then choose your team color in “chunky glitter”, it has to be chunky. Then it’s up to you if you want it to be iridescent or not, you’ll notice when it is there is almost a rainbow effect that shines off of the glitter. So I did NOT use iridescent. I used about 6-8 spoonfuls of glitter in each clear gel jar. Then stir really really well! It’s that easy!!

DIY Whipped Tallow materials & ingredients needed to make it yourself!
I just made so many jars of it for sooo much cheeper than buying them premade at $20-$40 a jar!

Take 1 cup of tallow & melt it into the double boiler on low medium heat. Once melted, transfer to a glass bowl. Add in 2-4 tbsp of a carrier oil, I used castor oil. (castor oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, whatever oil you want to use but all these are an example of a carrier oil) Then add in 10drops of your skin safe essential oils. You can either let sit on the counter or put into the fridge for it solidify back together. Once in solid form, then we’re going to whip it with the hand mixer! I used a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl & whipped it 3x, upping the speed each time. Then just transfer to your jar & you have whipped tallow!!

My all natural / organic hair treatment that I do before hair wash day

All natural / organic hair treatment I do at home to help with moisturize, shein, helps to stop, breakage, and hair growth!
You can use 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon depending on how much hair you have. But you’re going to do one part filtered water for every one part oil.
That means if you do six spoonfuls of filtered water, you would do two spoonfuls of each oil.; rosemary, oil, castor oil, & jojoba oil.
Mix in the hair spray bottle & use on roots, sectioning your hair off.
Use grape seed oil ONLY on the ends of your hair
Let sit for 4 hours & then shampoo as normal.
I do this 1x a week b4 hair wash day or every other week on hair wash day.
Can use a clarifying shampoo if needed
