Everything you’ll need to make the creamiest overnight oats! 🫙
Recipe (makes 2 jars):
Put 1/2 cup extra thick rolled oats and 2 tablespoons whole chia seeds into each jar, then add 3/4 cup of oat milk (or milk of choice) to each jar. Mash up 1 ripe banana with a fork and mix in 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom and vanilla extract. Divide the banana mash adding half to each jar and give a good stir to combine all ingredients. Seal jars and refrigerate overnight. When ready to eat, top with dried unsweetened cherries or any dried fruit of your choice (optional).
