When your Olipop decides to get fancy for fall…🍎🍁 Meet my signature “Honeycrisp Harvest Apple Crisp Spritz,” complete with a cinnamon sugar rim for all the cozy vibes. This is my go-to fall mocktail and book club babes favorite from last year, and it’s so easy to make! We shared it last year, but I got a few recipe questions after my sister posted our drinks!

It’s customizable and simple! Just mix your Apple Crisp Olipop with a splash of apple cider (I’m using Honeycrisp cider from a local orchard), a bit of mulling spices or mulling spice concentrate (I use the one from Cold Hollow Cider Mill in Vermont that Erin got me!), and a touch of cinnamon. Garnish with dried apple slices and a cinnamon stick— and if you’re extra like me, rim your glass with some cinnamon sugar!😙🤌🏼

Sometimes I pour it right back into a topless Olipop can; other times into a mason jar… either way, it’s fall in a cup. Be careful with a cocktail shaker though because it will explode (see me & Erin’s reel from last year lol)! This drink is perfect for sipping by the fire or with your favorite book club crew! 🍎📚✨

These are absolutely saving my life right now during a week that I’m not getting much sleep! They’re inexpensive and effective! They really brighten the undereye area with caffeine, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide in the hydrogel! I apply hyaluronic acid serum to my entire face after removing them!

Feels like the first time in forever we’ve been all dressed up together… and what a day to do it!✨ Kait’s wedding at Nemacolin was nothing short of breathtaking. From the stunning setting to the thoughtful touches, every single detail was absolute perfection. It was a day filled with so much love, joy, and beauty, and we both feel so lucky to have been part of it, Ash as her sister and maid of honor and Er as her friend, bonus big sister, and hairdresser/help with all the things!💍✨ Erin worked her magic on everyone’s hair (flawless, as always!) before we danced the night away and had the best time taking pics in the most amazing photo booth.💕 Truly a night we’ll be reliving forever. More photos to come, of course..😉🥂

CONFESSION: I was supposed to have this book finished for my sister’s bachelorette since she thought it would be fun for us to do a mini book club in TN. Reality? Between planning, prepping, packing, and all the excitement leading up to, most of us didn’t make it through in time (some of us even tried to cram the audiobook on the drive down 🙋🏼‍♀️). In the end, we never got around to the book club or the little craft afternoon we had planned, but honestly, we were too busy soaking up everything TN had to offer to even notice!

Now that I’m home (and wedding countdown mode is officially in full swing), I’ve been curling up with this one at night and loving it. And let me just say (again, I know) upgrading to the Kindle Paperwhite (raspberry, ofc) was such a good decision.💕📖. I love it so much & I never leave home without it.
