It comes with a separate book that is a Bible study which I have to finish but you have to read certain chapters in order to complete each section. It’s been a fun/unique Bible study and is appropriate for ALL moms. Heidi has many years between off of her 7 children so she can relate to so many and find common ground in many areas and walks of motherhood. Full of scripture and biblical truth I highly recommend this book to any momma who may be struggling in any area - she focuses on A LOT of different topics from having confidence in yourself, following scripture, and being a no drama momma!
