Our @lovesac Sactional might actually be the best purchase we’ve made for our new home.🤍

When we were decorating our great room, we couldn’t find a sectional that checked all of our boxes— wide enough for the space, a true lounge seat, and the right color and fabric. One of the most asked questions lately: “Do you love your Oura Ring?” and the answer is YES. 🤍 💍

I’ve been looking at these for years and finally got one for my birthday this year… and I honestly wish I wouldn’t have waited so long.

I love having a simple, beautiful way to stay connected to my health every single day. It tracks my cycle using body temperature so I always know where I’m at, gives me a daily readiness score based on how I slept and recovered, and shows my total calories burned (both active and at rest) which helps me stay more mindful of what’s going in and out of my body.

Waking up to my sleep score has honestly changed my mornings. I can see how I actually rested, not just how I feel. It also measures heart rate, HRV, cardio health, stress levels, blood oxygen, and activity balance and after two weeks of consistent wear, I found out my cardio age is eight years younger than my actual age (I was nervous to find out and relieved to see my result😅).

One of my favorite parts? My sister and my friend Taylor both have one too, so we have a little “circle” where we can see each other’s stats which quickly turns into a very entertaining group text.🤣

Pro tip before you order: get the sizing kit first (you even get $10 off your ring when you get one), or try the sizers in person at places like Best Buy or Target. They definitely run small. I normally wear a 6.25 on my ring finger and my Oura Ring is an 8 and fits perfectly.

What I love most is how it helps me notice patterns: my habits, recovery, movement, and overall wellness so I can keep improving little by little. I still wear and love my Apple Watch for workouts, calls, and messages, but this little ring is my quiet daily check-in with my health… and I’m so grateful for that balance.
