crockpot recipes - crockpot meals - crockpot chili ! recipe below with ingredients : * 1½–2 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor) * 1 medium onion, diced * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 1 green bell pepper, diced (optional but recommended) * 2 (15 oz) cans kidney beans, drained & rinsed * 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained & rinsed * 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes * 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes w/ green chilies) * 2 cups beef broth * 2 tbsp tomato paste **Seasonings** * 2½ tbsp chili powder * 2 tsp ground cumin * 1 tsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp garlic powder * ½–1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, to taste) * 1½ tsp salt (adjust at end) * 1 tsp black pepper **Creamy finish (add at the end)** * 6 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed * ½ cup heavy cream or sour cream ### 🔥 Instructions (Ninja Foodi) #### 1️⃣ Sauté (Highly Recommended) 1.
