Lip gloss and lip liner.
Lip liner has a regular and a fine tip end. I lightly lined and filled in my lips in the neutral rose color.
Then I layered the lip gloss lip oil over it in the champagne color.
Slight tingling and plumping effect. Comfortable on lips, wears well, non-drying.
