I added some minor notes because the allouette Briette was not my fave because it didn’t melt. Next time I’d use a regular 8oz from another brand. It might make the pumpkin a bit wider and less tall but it should turn out much meltier 🧀💛

Viral review. 6/10. I want the inside to be sweeter (so I’d add maple syrup next time) and some flaky salt to the top to take these to the next level 🍫♥️

Now here’s the thing though. I’m judging them based on having a homemade chocolate treat, whereas I think these are being positioned as a less sugary “healthy” treat in which case it makes sense that the filling isn’t as sweet. So depending on what you’re looking for, you can alter the recipe to your liking.

Has anyone else tried these? Would love to know your thoughts below :)

INGREDIENTS

1 cup raspberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mash raspberries in a bowl and combine with chia seeds. Mix until the seeds are fully incorporated.
2. Spoon 1 tbsp of the mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and place in freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil into a bowl, microwave in 30-second increments, and stir until smooth.
4. Dip frozen raspberry and chia dollops into the melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until chocolate is solid ( & frozen inside is thawed).
5. Enjoy!

* Add the butter pats, sour cream, cheese, chives, mushrooms, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, and chilli into separate small bowls or plates. Place them on the board first to anchor it.
* Cut the potatoes in half and place around the board.
* Serve with salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings on the side

Baked Brie + Grapes Pasta Dish

Combine brie cheese, grapes, olive oil, walnuts, salt, + pepper into a baking dish. Cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. 
Shred some parmesan  cheese + cut up some baguette slices. 
When done baking add drizzles of honey + rosemary.
Mix all of the ingredients together. (Add pasta if you would like)

Add roasted garlic to room temperature butter 
Grab a cup + wick and add the mixture in.
Place in the refrigerator until solid + then rip away the mold. 
Serve in a loaf of bread.

Cranberry Brie Bites
Cranberry brie bites might just be the easiest  appetizer I’ve ever made–all you need is three ingredients, 10 minutes, and some hungry people to please. This is my take on baked brie in puff pastry and let me tell you, these phyllo cups are a game changer. Instead of cutting up pieces of puff pastry and waiting for them to bake, the pre-made phyllo shells put you way ahead of the game. 

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
2. Place the phyllo cups on the prepared sheet about 1 inch apart. Add one brie cube to each cup. Bake for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling slightly.
3. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Top each cup with about 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.

1. Use your 2023 serving bowls and fill with chocolate kisses and blueberries. 
2. Fan out your cheese slices and pile your cubes.
3. Fill in empty spaces with crackers, fruits, and meat.
