🌸 Dressed up store-bought hummus flower! Ps- Comment HUMMUS if you want the recipe sent to your DMs & the Spice pen info. I was inspired by @mackenziebiehl’s viral post showing off her hummus flower. This is my take on the fun idea 🌸 INGREDIENTS 17 oz hummus (I used most of this family size tub) 1 can chickpeas (you’ll use about ⅓ or less of these) 2 oz pomegranate arils 1 ½ tbsp sumac 2 tbsp parsley, chopped olive oil, to taste flakey salt, to taste INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Fully dry the chickpeas after rinsing, and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Dress with olive oil and salt, and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until chickpeas are slightly browned and crispy. Set aside to cool. 4. Spread hummus on a platter into petal shapes by starting from the center and spooning towards the edge of the platter. 5. Using the spice pen filled with sumac, draw a floral design along the hummus petals. If you don’t have a spice pen, just sprinkle some on at the center of the petals. 6. Add roasted chickpeas to the center, with pomegranate arils, and parsley. Top with olive oil and flakey salt, and enjoy! #LTKSeasonal #LTKHome #LTKGiftGuide

SAVE this MUMMY BAKED BRIE & make it for Halloween 🧻. Full ingredients list on the blog. LINK IN BIO > find recipes on the blog > then scroll down. DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice of the top ½-inch of brie, and set aside. Spread the jam on the bottom piece of brie. Replace the top of the brie, covering the jam. Roll the puff pastry out to approximately 14 x 11 inches. Place the brie in the center of the puff pastry. Make two cuts on both long sides of the dough, from the brie to the edges, to create even thirds. Fold the middle piece on each edge over the brie. Cut ¾”-wide strips into the short sides of the dough, from the brie to the edges. Stretch the strips over top of the brie to create the mummy wrap. Transfer the brie to a parchment lined baking tray. In a small bowl, whisk the egg with 1 teaspoon of water. Brush the egg wash all over the pastry. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown. Perfect for the 4th of July recipe ideas🍑 🍒🍑Stone Fruit Bruschetta Recipe🍑🍒 INGREDIENTS 1 Baguette, sliced 2 yellow peaches, diced 18 cherries, pitted and quartered 8 oz burrata 4 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp mint, ribboned Balsamic glaze Salt INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brush baguette slices with 2 tbsp of olive oil, sprinkle salt, and lay out on a baking sheet. Place in oven and toast for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden around the edges. 2. Dice the peaches, pit and quarter the cherries, and combine in a bowl. Drizzle remaining olive oil, sprinkle with salt, top with ribbons of mint leaves, and toss! 3. Top toasted bread with burrata, stone fruit mixture, drizzle balsamic glaze, and add salt to taste. Note- If I were to do it again, I would make the 1st raspberry line with both strawberries and raspberries (like the last line). It looks a little thin compared to the rest. But otherwise, it’s a pretty easy concept. Just alternate red and white rows and then put your blackberries or blueberries into a square plate and top with cheese stars. This is a fave #AmazonFind I love using all year long. Kinda reminds me of candy dishes that grandmas used to have in their “sitting rooms” with stale candy! BUT the candy dish is definitely BACK! And there are so many other ways to use it. As a cheese & charcuterie girlie, I love adding crumbles of Parmigiano Reggiano, castelvetrano olives and nuts. One of my most popular posts ever, this SNOW GLOBE COCKTAIL went viral last year. Since making my own, I’ve found a much better technique where you tie the rosemary with a string and tape up the sides (I added a pic in this video from @colettescocktails to show you). It works with any clear cocktail (i.e. vodka soda or vodka tonic), but also a perfect for sparkling water or any clear mocktail. Such a fun way to serve up a holiday drink. 🌲🌲🌲 Re: freezing glass.  NYE PART 5✨ Baked Brie Apple Crisp. Recipe ⬇️ #itsgoudabrieokay #ainttooproudtocheese INGREDIENTS 1 large apple, such as Honeycrisp, diced 8 walnut halves, roughly chopped (about 2 heaping tablespoons) 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats 2 tbsp packed brown sugar 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1 healing tbsp all-purpose flour 1 8 oz wheel of brie 3 tbsp butter Sliced baguette, for serving Kosher salt INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350° and place your brie in a small skillet. (Alternatively, line a small baking sheet with parchment paper, so brie can easily be transferred to serving dish.) 2. In medium bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and pecans. Add butter, and use your hands to incorporate softened butter into dry mixture. (You just want everything to be moist.) Mix in apples. 3. Scatter oat mixture over top of brie and bake until cheese is melty and oat topping is crisp, 25 to 30 minutes. 4. INGREDIENTS
 4x 4oz burrata balls 19 peppercorns 1/4 carrot, peeled and cut into triangle nose shape 4 basil leaves 1 oz arugula, pre-dressed with olive oil & salt 8 oz cherry tomatoes, chopped, pre-dressed with olive oil & salt flakey salt Olive oil Balsamic glaze/reduction (optional & not pictured) 
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Lay 4 burrata bowls down on a plate, two stacked on each other side by side, resembling snowman. 2. Lay peppercorns down on the burrata balls resembling a face. Lay the carrot slices down for the “noses”. 3. Place the peppercorn “buttons” on the lower burrata balls, and place two basil leaves under the top burrata balls to be their “scarves”.  4. Dress the bottom of the plate with arugula, and place the tomatoes at the top of the plate. 5. Sprinkle the flakey salt to taste on the arugula, tomatoes, and burrata. Serve with Crostini and enjoy! 6. INGREDIENTS 1 6-0z block Roth Creamy Havarti, cut into squares Bowtie pasta Manzanilla olives with pimento peppers Salami, folded into fourths Hot pepper Cherry tomato Rosemary Olive, to taste Salt & pepper, to taste INSTRUCTIONS 1. Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente, or for about 10 minutes. 2. Drain pasta, dress with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Skewer bow tie pasta, manzanilla olive, salami, hot pepper, Roth Creamy Havarti square, cherry tomato, and another manzanilla olive. 4.
