Cornbread Salad 2 cans of drained whole kernel corn 2 cans of drained rotel 1 bag of sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup of chopped green scallions (onions if you prefer) 1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning 1 cup of Duke’s mayonnaise Mix all together 1 9x9 pan of sweet cornbread crumbled Add cornbread just before you are ready to serve I mixed and served this all in my wooden bowl from my dear friend @jennyreimold. So easy and minimum clean up necessary 👌
