Chicken Pot Pie 2 deep dish frozen pie crusts 2 Pillsbury pie crusts (twin pack) 1 rotisserie chicken 2 cans cream of chicken 1 cup sour cream 3 tsp Creole seasoning Salt & pepper 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash 2 cans veg-all drained 1 cup shredded mozzarella Shred rotisserie chicken and place in a large mixing bowl. Add in cream of chicken, seasonings, veg-all, sour cream and mozzarella. Mix well and empty into the two deep dish crusts. Unroll a pie crust on top. Fold and pinch the edges of the crust to seal the pie crust together. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let the pies sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving to slice easily. Recipe makes two pies. Perfect for sharing or delicious for leftovers the following day.
