I alternate between 4 and 4C for shampoo when i need a deeper scrub and use the mask once a month. Another favorite is K18 to help with bleach damage. Temperature controlled tools to limit heat damage! Last tip- get a good wet brush and lots of silk scrunchies!! 💕
