A sparkling seasonal sip, and a cozy autumn dip, — made for slow evenings and good conversation. 🥂

🍹 Harvest Blush Mocktail (1 serving)

Ingredients:

• 3 oz pear nectar (or white grape juice)
• 2 oz fresh-pressed apple juice
• 1 oz pomegranate juice
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• Sparkling water, to top
• Optional: pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Garnish:

• Thin apple-fan slice
• Fresh thyme sprig
• Optional: pomegranate arils

Instructions:

Shake juices, lemon, and nutmeg (if using) with ice in a shaker.
Strain into glass.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with apple fan, thyme, and light nutmeg grate.

🥣 Golden Harvest Butternut Squash + Goat Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

• 1½ cups roasted butternut squash purée
• 4 oz softened goat cheese
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp honey
• Salt, to taste
• Fresh thyme & optional pumpkin seeds for garnish

Instructions:

Blend squash, goat cheese, olive oil, honey, and salt until smooth.
Transfer to mini Dutch oven or oven-safe dish.
Warm in preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes, until heated through.
Drizzle with olive oil, top with thyme & pumpkin seeds.
Serve with crackers, fruit or bread.
