I have been loving using skin care, brow gel, lip gloss, & curling my eye lashes! I am linking everything I used this morning for today’s dewy healthy skin look.

I also have been doing ice rolling and facial massages before I start my skin care! I’ll have the exact tools I use for that below too!

My wellness night routine

-Red Light current body mask for 10 minutes
-Castor Oil on the belly with a heating pad
-reading books on the kindle app rather than scrolling
-hatch alarm clock to help me sleep and wake up more efficiently
-magnesium Cymbiotika spray on my feet
-magnesium moon juice drink
-charge phone in another room
-summer Fridays skincare routine
-skinny confidential mouth tape
-canopy humidifier on my nightstand for glowing skin
-sleep on 100% organic cotton sheets & bedding

My morning wellness routine:

Wake up to my @hatchforsleep I use the first birds sound and the Malibu sunrise light.

Take off my @slipsilkpillowcase eye mask

Take off my @theskinnyconfidential mouth tape

Take my temperature with my @naturalcycles app

Oral care. Tongue scrapping is a must.

Ice rolling with the @theskinnyconfidential mint roller

Electrolytes in my room temperature water.

Make coffee. I use a @fellowproducts pour over and kettle with @foursigmatic half caffeine coffee and course I froth up some cream.

Meditate for 10 minutes with my @currentbody red light mask.

Journal. Write down what I’m grateful for. To do list. Brain dump. Affirmations.

Yoga. Workout. Today I did yoga and walked for an hour on my treadmill.

Next I’ll make my protein shake and take alllllll the supplements.

Last but not least I’ll do my morning gua sha with my @theskinnyconfidential dry brush, pink balls and oil.

After my face is worked out I’ll do my @summerfridays skincare and sunscreen.

Is this morning routine extra af?? Yep.
