I’ll never forget walking with my mom when I was about 12, and someone shouted out of a car window driving by “fat b*tch.” Moments like that don’t just sting — they scar. They plant seeds of self-doubt that grow into deep insecurities. Suddenly, the mirror becomes a magnifying glass, and everything feels like a flaw. You avoid shorts, tank tops, anything that might show too much. But as I’ve grown, I’ve been learning to release that pain — to let myself just be. Being a public figure has tested that growth more than I ever imagined. The internet will find “flaws” you never even saw in yourself. But I truly believe part of my purpose in this life is to root myself in self-acceptance — and to feel powerful enough in my own skin to wear what’s comfortable, to show up as I am, and to remind others that we are all just human. You deserve to just BE. ❤️ LTKPlusSize LTKSaleAlert LTKFindsUnder50
