I have tried both of these and they are extremely similar tubing mascaras. I actually prefer the Milani one. If you're not familiar, a tubing mascara creates little tiny tubes over your lashes, making it smudge-proof and flake-proof. No racoon eyes! It's a great option for summer if you need something that won't look like a mess if you're sweating. And it washes off with warm water and is much gentler on your lashes than waterproof mascara.
