Bryant was out of town so I had lots of “me time” btw- if you don’t own this @NodPod eye mask, you absoutely need it! I got one last year after seeing it all over Instagram and Tiktok, and I can’t live without it.

After I got the eyemask, I had to get the weighted blanket. The eyemask is like a weighted blanket for your eyes and instantly calms me and helps me relax. I can’t sleep with ANY light in my eyes, so this has been a lifesaver, *and* works for side sleepers (which I am). I use the body blanket to relax me before and during bedtime. Both are now in Target, so had to get new colors!
