Nobody can make you love your body, but I'd like to make a case for being grateful for it... Something I realised a few years back and became infinitely important for me in recovering from a whole host of body image issues is that that we should be so grateful for our bodies' strength and what they do for us on a daily (/hourly) basis. I never thought I'd use this hashtag (swear I'll never use it again) but we really are #blessed and let's not take that for granted. I'm so grateful for my body and I truly truly mean that. 💪
P.s. I know I said grateful a lot but it's intentional - I'm trying to reiterate 🔨
