Surreal. my final post-op appointment 🫶 After wanting to do this for YEARS, I had a dual plane breast augmentation in February, and I’m finally at the point where I can start sharing all the details. Started the morning with @bloomsupps Clear Protein because I’ve been trying to get protein in early, especially on workout days when I don’t want to eat a lot beforehand. I love that it has protein + collagen peptides all in one, so it feels like my morning protein and collagen step before the day really starts. bloompartner Went to my 6 month post-op Dual Plane (DISCLAIMER: not all plastic surgeons specialize in this technique) and I can’t recommend it more!!!!😭 Went to Dr.Snider @vidabelaplasticsurgery and I can honestly say this was the best decision I’ve made in my life. This was my second breast augmentation surgery and I wish I had done this the first time. I’m so glad I took the time to research my surgeon.
