This Cranberry Apple Crisp is so good that everyone will come back for more! The original version has a pecan crust, but I opted for an upside down version and made it into an updated cranberry apple crisp for those that are Gluten and Nut Free. I used a Juliska baking dish that has illustrations inside and really pretty “antler” handles. Ingredients * Filling: * 2 small Granny Smith Apple, peeled and diced * 2½ c of Fresh Whole Cranberries * 1½ tbs grated orange zest * ¾ c brown sugar, packed * ½ tsp ground cinnamon * Pinch of ground cloves * Topping: * 1 c brown sugar, packed * ¾ c gluten free old-fashioned oats (regular is fine, too!) * ¾ c Cup4Cup (regular flour works also) * 1 tsp ground cinnamon * ½ c butter, cold and cubed Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix Filling ingredients in a large bowl. 3. Place in baking dish. 4. Mix together Topping ingredients in a large bowl. 5. Place on top of Fruit filling. 6. Bake for 40 minutes. 7. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
