I can’t describe how much blogging has increased my confidence and self esteem. After a really busy week, I was so in need of a chilled Sunday. I can’t wait to have my first physio appointment tomorrow to get my ankle checked and hopefully get on the road to recovery.

Taking time out for your health can be difficult, especially when you feel like you’re missing out on opportunities, but I’ve learnt that it’s better to give yourself rest breaks little and often, rather having huge crashes every few weeks.
