Jasmine rice: Boil 2 cups water. Stir in 2 cups rice. Place lid on pot and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Naan flatbread: Preheat oven to 400° Place bread on oven safe pan and bake for 2-3 minutes. Once heated, lightly brush with olive oil or butter. Serves 3-4 LTKFamily
